Invoice Cards (the "Company" or "we") operates this website and the Invoice Cards service available therein (the "Service") and values your privacy. As consideration for using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") in full and without modification, as well as the Terms of Service, incorporated herein by reference and available on the Service.

1. Use of the Service

  1. a. Your use of each component of the service is conditioned on your assent to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to be bound by these conditions, you agree to immediately cease use of the Service.
  2. b. The Company may modify, change, replace, edit, or revoke (in part or in full) this Privacy Policy from time to time by updating this page. Upon such update, you will be informed of the new Privacy Policy via notification within the Service. Your continued use the Service after such update will constitute your acceptance of the changes.

    6. vi. information available from your FreshBooks account;
    7. vii. details about your browser, computer, mobile device, IP address, and Service usage;
    8. viii. information about your Google account if you choose to access or create your account through Google.
    9. ix. information submitted to the Service by you through the use of contact forms or email to the Company.

4. Use of Personal Information

  1. a. We use your Personal Information to process transactions and subscriptions with the Company, to notify you about your orders and subscriptions, and to contact you about promotions.
  2. b. We may share your Personal Information with third parties, including payment processors, to complete or facilitate your transactions with the Company. Your security is important to us, and we utilize encryption technology to store and transmit your financial related Personal Information.
  3. c. We may use your Personal Information to optimize your experience while on the site or and to help us identify and or provide information, offers, products, or services that may be of interest to you. We may optimize the Service based upon your usage patterns.

  6. f. You may share a board with a client through a special link. To do this, please follow the instructions within appropriate component of the Service. Once the special link is generated, anyone who accesses the link may view the limited information contained on that board.
